Question Indian watch 4 region selection help for spay and updates

Hello all, i have a samsung watch 4 , rm 870 Bluetooth version INU. It is an indian version, i know the dailer code but which countey do i have to select inorder to get the spay and updates?
XSG or MEA -XSG?
