Hello everyone i have infinix hot s x521 stuck on android is starting screen and i want to fix it without losing data i have some thoughts to fix it but iam not sure it will work or not
1- flashing twrp and take my data but iam not sure if i flashed twrp it will work or not
2- update via sd card but i dont know my build number and there is 4 types of firmware
3- using sp flash tool update button not download but iam not sure it will be updated without losing my data
Please anyone can help but before giving me sloutions please be sure of it because i really dont wanna lose my data
My android is 6.0 marshmallow
Firmware 16+2 a1 but i dont know wich firmare to choose
