in terms of security you can check AOSP but for battery sony is still the best.

I just flashed it today and after few minutes flashed other non stock ROM
It was disappointing... In other pages saying WIFI IMPROVED but it wasn't
I've faced a WiFi problems like dropping and no internet access while I'm actually connected. Same as other stock ROMs
The speed was great. Battery life was ok
But the WiFi is a huge problem for me. That's why I flashed custom ROM....

Stamina mode is always disabled and the Wi-Fi optimization option also disabled
I wish there is something will really works
I loved everything in 4.4.4 but I can't live with this issue...

Hi i just updated to 4.4.4,i am rooted and everything is working so far,so for me the update is very good.

Hi, Happy for you if working good! how you see battery drain? what about RAM? Is it occuping a lot like on mine?

Could you check the xperia live wallpaper? isn t strange so much memory for a live wp?
There is a new ROM out with all the apps now so I would say it's pretty good.
It's just annoying to loop at the API and see half the things being depreciated!

I was using existenz 1.5.5 .. it was great..bt after latest update my xperia z heats up easily..its normal temperature does not come below 35°c. Nothing much improved..
hi, can anybody provide feedbacks on camera quality? yesterday i tried my friend's Z with 4.4.4 and it was strangely dissapointing with lots of noise. now im asking my girl to withheld updating until i got more feedbacks on camera picture quality.

Hi, pictures are pretty much the same as always everything depends on light conditions and settings on the camera.
Maybe something was wrong on setting and gave you bad pictures.
Has this update been pulled for some regions?
Customization number 1270-1412 is showing the update in the master list but I'm not seeing it in PC companion, OTA, or on the firmware checker page (no version at all, actually)

I have the same problem with Wi-Fi. Although I have good signal strength it disinfects, and switches to cellular Internet. The only thing I can do is to turn off and on the Wi-Fi ale ten it's all fine.Ok

Dirty unicorns. But the battery life little bad
Has anyone noticed that when the Xperia Z has a very full internal storage the device lags?
I tested it out after clean installing the latest firmware and only setting up basic apps like whatsapp and so on. Once I put games and other apps on though the phone started to lag in general use.
This was not the result of open apps or excessive background apps. For me at least it seems related to data amount.
