[INFO] Comments about last update 4.4.4 Xperia Z

I upgraded to 4.4.4 via Sony OTA; immediately lost root access (duh) and ability to write to SD card. Worse still, battery drain was extreme and the phone wouldn't charge fully. I did a factory reset and followed kingvortex's excellent instructions to flash an older version and regain root. Everything seems fine now, so maybe it was just time for a clear out.

And your phone was rooted before OTA? Because I have a problem to update via OTA... Maybe because of a some xposed module?

Hi,
I couldn't upgrade OTA. Phone was rooted with xposed installed. OTA upgrade didnt work. I tried several times. On the end upgraded from my PC with sony pc companion. Lost root but managed to regain it back using instructions on this forum. i think OTA doesn't work because root or xposed module, dont know which one.

I tried OTA with rooted and xposed roms.
OTA looks like possible without root or any custom roms.

Bravia Engine not working on this Stock on unlocked bootloader

since I've unlocked my bootloader, i've lost the bravia engine. Then I got it back on 4.4.2 aka. 10.A.0.230 update.
on this update 4.4.4 aka. 10.5.1.A.0.283 I can confirm, my bravia engine not working again, so i decide to flash again to 4.4.2 to enjoy my bravia engine again

after updating the phone doesn't always wake when pressing the power button, it stays asleep. only if left for a minute or so then pressing the power button will wake the phone again.

The only thing i hatr is Extremly Battery draining extremly so please can anyone please post a link for mg c6603 4.1.2 stock rom fir middle east i want to try the stock i bought it 4 days ago preloaded 4.2 i updated it to 4.4.4 instantly so i want see battery in original stock 4.1.2
