CM7.2 stable just got released by the awesome CyanogenMOD team, enjoy! (if you still like gb...) Anyways, share your thoughts down below!
Why you just don't download the instagram apk from xda? I'm sure you won't have any problems. If you like inverted/themed apps, try this instagram thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1594779Any use instagram? I can't download it on 7.2 because my device incompatible for some reason, any help please willbe appreciated?
The new feastures include many adoption of features in ics, for example: swype to dismiss notifications, and rotation animtion, http://pocketnow.com/android/cyanogenmod-72-rc1-changelog-shows-adoption-of-ics-featuresNew features?
Nexus S (GSM - i9020a)
GummyNex (1.2.1 - 4.0.4)
Intellidemmand (800/100)
Live OC 105 (800/1000)
Deep Idle (On - Noop)
BLX - 96 (Custom DPI - 218)
how's the screen frame rate? is is as good as ics? does it feel smooth and maintain a high fps when scrolling and stuff? that's really important to meWell i flashed this to try it out. Quick as hell thats for sure. But unfortunately the CNAP(name display) for call display does not work at all. Just like all the other GB roms i have flashed. Disappointing for sure. I know CM had a patch for it in CM9 but not sure if it is possible to fix in GB. The best Rom that i found for call display is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1710681 Name display works and the name even stays in the call log. Does not switch back to just the phone number like other ICS roms.
For me i use it for better battery performance and really smooth, even tho' i have the urge sometimes to go back to ICS.Why would someone put up with GB on a Nexus S astonishes me.
thanks i will try that! Why you just don't download the instagram apk from xda? I'm sure you won't have any problems. If you like inverted/themed apps, try this instagram thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1594779
