That variant would work better (as in more thoroughly) on att since they use 1900, which the phone has. The phone will still work and as long as you're connected to the other bands, it'll still be usable. The other thing is that the N variant won't have much dev support, if at all.
Correct. The Korean variant doesn't seem to be affected from the OEM unlock nightmare.
However, on the bright side you'll have a monstrous 256Gb of internal storage if you went with the Emperor Edition. Marry that with a 256Gb Samsung Evo Plus and enjoy your 512GB Beast.

N950N 256GB is Exynos & you can flash N950F firmware on it.
The Snapdragon 256GB is the Chinese variant (N9500), and the 256GB Exynos variant is only sold in Korea under the N950N model number.
The 950F however only comes in 64GB.

i only seen sd version of 128 and 256,but if its eexynos,i dont see a problem flashing roms,if u get oem unllock off the box,im try flash this right now,if i get jail ,im going sell this and get a F model

This just shows how much we want this phone to be perfect, we're all willing to go through all these trouble just to set it up the way we want to. Samsung really messed up the Note series 3 consecutive times now (starting Note 5's no sd card slot)

So Samsung have now confirmed that OEM is unlocked after being connected to a 'network'.
i just call samsung singapore and i talk with castomer service and they use my phone by smart toutar and she donot know why it look because she said she has the phone in singapore and it is appearing oem unlouck so i think the problem with reigion lock

Nope. Not going to flash a room with a hidden OEM unlock switch. If it is only hidden for people with handsets that have to wait a week for OEM but visible to those with normal phone that would tell us a lot.
Already been down this path, she has had it more than 7 days so she can get an OEM switch when she enables developer. A poster already tried to get them to do it with one out of the box and it didn't work.
