[INFO REQ] Details on removal of Throttling in ROM's

I see throttling removed on several ROM's and was wondering if this is the HTTP Proxy and RSTP Proxy removal or something entirely different. If different could you please give provide details on what was removed, what it was doing and what files were doing it. Thank you for helping educate me.

The proxies don't help, but the throttle service is buried in the framework JARs and must be removed by smali.

Is there any information available on those (7, i think?) throttling files that are removed from the Epic ROM's? What it throttled, when it throttled it and to what speed it throttled it too?

Tbh me either... the word throttling was enough for me to remove it...
Also in twframework integers.xml there are some data throttling settings iirc...
