Just below average; such is my luck with CPUs if my Haswell overclocking experiences are anything to go by.

Oh well, if it doesn't overheat under extended loads (particularly Gear VR stuff down the line), that's all I ask for.

Well let me tell you. I have a 13 and my phone has absolutely no overclock. Meaning I have tried every kernel and overclocked with no rssults. My cpu simply does not like it. I know benchmarks don't mean anything but all my scores drop with the slightest overclock and it simply just lags. When I go above 2.8ghz it will reboot. I even add voltage to compensate with no luck. I have a 910-T

Same experience here with my SM910T. My phone doesn't like anything except for the stock kernel.
