Where it rains alot
Just got mine :

Firstly on vodafone -

Very impressed, went into a store , asked about it, o yes we have a couple left, tried to say only had £40 month deals, said didnt want that, guy got it down
to £35 a month on the deal on the web which what i wanted.

Chatted about it and he said the've sold a load (he first brought out a SGII which made me laugh)

Just phoned vodafone csc - activated sim, canceled the insurance that came with it etc.. no fuss, tried a one line to see if i would keep them, said no and he canceled no problem .

So atm vodafone service 10/10 (im a new vodafone customer btw, been on contracts with tmobile, 3 and orange and these my favourite so far.

Phone itself -

Quick note to add it has come unlocked from the vodafone store (always handy)

Only been playing for 30 mins but very nice, feels nice, lovelyyyy screen.
Very impressed worth the upgrade.
Word from wise. Only deal with telephone customer services. Online and shop teams aren't half as efficient.

I'm returning my Sensation as it has rebooted itself a few times and keeps losing signal while my Desire Z on same network sits there with 3-4 bars.

Called 191 and all I got was foreign workers...after being bounced around depts I spoke to someone from the UK who give me the number for the web orders team...called them took about 15 seconds to speak to someone and the call basically went like this:

Me: Hi, I'd like to return a contract phone I received on Friday and cancel
Him: OK, what's your Customer Ref?
M: *reads it out*
H: *reads out my name and I confirm and confirms email address*

Email in inbox seconds later with instructions to return the phone, SIM cancelled immediately for security apparently.

I was all set to pop into Phones4U to get a SGS2 but with the news that HTC are reviewing their bootloader policy I may hold fire for a bit!

Hmm, Im classed as a high value client and ex business client, I wonder if my calls are routed to a different team. I always get UK team quickly and everything gets sorted quickly. Yeah foreign call centres can be a ballache.
