init.rc change

hello everyone, i d like to ask a not usual question about init.rc file

i m tryin to use /data space with hacked webtop as chroot coz its faster than external sdcard
but i ve faced error in debootstrap sayin smth like permission denied , mounted with noexec or nodev
i ve checked init.rc and found what it mounts /data with nodev option

if i change it, it ll drop down to default after reboot

i saw what it can be related with boot img

i dont know anything about compiling or changing images, may i ask for little help there?
havent linux, except lapdock atm
