Instagram IGTV show problem in miui10 and miui11

Hi all
I have problem by show igtvs in instagram in landscape mode ...
When i click on square option in right down clip its no rorate and fullscreen !!!
I test all miui 10 miui11 roms all have this problem .
But in custom no-miui roms not have this problem .
Someone know what is reason ? And what is fix for this problem ?

Miui 10 and 11 is half backed for our phone so that's why
