Instagram video problem

Anyone have trouble recording w/Instagram? I can't get that feature to work, I'm rooted running P.A. 3.15. I can take pics but when I hit the record button, I strangely get the restore ringer popup notification on my screen flashing in and out before the app force closes..

Same problem here... Using my Samsung Galaxy S4 "as is", 4.2.2
