the newest is zui 11.5.141 with some bugs fixed, do you have this package?
I don't. I have downloaded the zip file included with this post. If you have 11.5.141 i would like to know!

PS there is also an issue with the 'recent task button. This button does not work.

Test Reslt

I can successfully install Android 10 to Lenovo Z5 Pro GT. The update process works very nice.
The system is stable
- Bluetooth works. AptX and AptX-HD are working fine in this version.
- NFC works
- Wifi works
- GPS works
However, this version has some bugs found:
- It cannot set permission of an App in Setting
- Swipe to unlock screen is too sensitive so it is hard to swipe up to get to entering pin screen

I know it's kind of offtop but... how do I get to the latest official ZUI 11.1.021 ?

I've already installed TWRP, unlocked bootloader and OEM - I'm wondering how am I supposed to follow this tutorial ;/ I could probably try to flash the unlock (i got the img file via an email)
fastboot flash unlock sn.img
and after that type in
fastboot oem unlock-go
Now your bootloader is unlocked

but I do not know if I should proceed without having latest ZUI.

As far as I know there can be some problems with (OTA) updating ZUI to newer version when bootloader is unlocked. So You have to lock bootloader, upgrade ZUI and then unlock it one more time. With this approach I did it few days ago and succesfully installed Android 10 Beta on my lenovo, but I have some problems notifications, payments (fixed with some patches in Magisk) and recently recent tasks feature stopped working.

You can try with different cable, different USB port (try usb 2.0 instead of 3.0) or even try to do this on different computer.
I had similar problems with my previous phone, everything was working fine on my PC, but when I used the same stuff (twrp, drivers, cable) on laptop I won't be able to flash recovery - still I don't know what was wrong, because Lenovo is connecting (and flashing) without any issues.

Hey,

From where have you picked up the official ROM? I got it from lolinet mirrors, and after updating to zui11 I can't seem to install the zip package, giving me error 7 with fingerprint mismatch, with mine being lenovo/omni_heart/heart:16.1.0/

I've tried following the guide of bballzeroone (post #14) without any success

EDIT: I managed to make it work by using the twrp in the guide -first i was using the one from lineage 17-
I first locked the bootloader,then flashed zui 10 with qfil. After that It's just following the guide of bballzeroone

I am downloading the official stable version over the air right now. What new features should I be looking into?

For those who want to try ZUI 11.5.199

Clean flash only! No support as the instructions and file links are sourced from somewhere else.

From 4PDA thread here

Instructions (adapted from Google-translated Russian)
  1. Install 11.1.021 via QFIL. The bootloader will relock. Boot into the system, enable Developer options and turn on USB debugging and OEM unlocking.
  2. Unlock the bootloader.
  3. Go into fastboot. Install TWRP and boot into it.
  4. Using TWRP, install updates one after another:
    -> 11.5.141
    -> 11.5.182
    -> 11.5.199
    As a result, the bootloader will relock.
  5. Immediately reboot into fastboot and unlock the boot loader again.
