The best you can do is downgrade to Oxygen 11

Still November security.

Thank you for posting the link. I did not know about it.
I don't understand why it's not posted a thread about ColorOS, which is much better than OxygenOS.
ColorOS is great now, because it does have very little google BS! I'm afraid that when it becomes realy global will be full of google creap like Oxygen OS.

I've installed with OnePlus Local Update.apk & it works Fine.

Yes via magisk module files were pulled from oxygen 12 on if you want to test it's not my work

im on C36 now if i local update to c39 will i lost data ? if we are on C36 arent we suppose to get C39 OTA anyway ? or we must local upate using the update apk thanks

My phone is LE2123, Europa. And i did not get any updates. For me Oxygen Updater, shows only Oxygen OS updates, witch now are useless to me.
With Local Update you DON'T loose anything. It's like do a incremental.
I did this 2 times:
- from ColorOS C.36 to C.38;
- from ColorOS C.38 to C.39.
