@marass82, I'm sorry, looks like I misunderstood you. You mean with these registry changes I'll be able to access to full file system, correct?

By the way, how did you added these settings to the registry? Via WOLF's "MBN Creator" tool?
If you flash custom CSC, you'll lose some part of CAP unlock.

@ngame, could you please be a little bit more specific? What is "Capability Hack trick"? How to add these settings (provided by @marass82) to the registry?
CAP unlock is setting all Capabilities to 3rd party. So you can use more of them in your apps.

The reason EnableAllSideloading doesn't work on 8.1 is because Microsoft changed the ACLs on the SecurityManager key so that the ID_CAP_DEVELOPERUNLOCK_API capability no longer gives write access to it. If some other key does, though, I can make an updated version that fixes the problem. Alternatively, I can create a version that uses the (messy) hack from BootstrapSamsung to work for all capabilities, though that will be Samsung-specific.

Can't test right now on account of my phone being dead. :(

Thanks to @-W_O_L_F- and @marass82, after using WOLF's "MBN Creator", I've got a real full file system access, all folders (I hope so!) now are accessible via MTP (I use a Far Manager with PortaDev plugin).

Just a few remarks:
- to be able to install unsigned Samsung driver under Win8.1, you should reboot PC in special recovery mode with ability to use unsigned drivers;
- after flashing and hard reset (to execute CSC), you should reboot your handset one more time otherwise it's not "visible" to PC (at least from my experience);
- don't forget to copy "Non-Production Errors.txt" to the "Documents" folder;
- use WOLF's old "SamWP8 Tools" to turn on "Full FS access" or edit registry;
- application's isolated stores located at "\Data\Users\DefApps\APPDATA";
- installed xap's located at "\Data\PROGRAMS";
- installed appx located at "\Data\PROGRAMS\WINDOWSAPPS";

The "csc.zip" file (at the @-W_O_L_F- post above) is Verizon's Odyssey "cooked" provisioning file (I've sent original Odyssey files to @-W_O_L_F- and he merged the default settings with interop unlock and full fs access), handset's modem works perfectly after flashing, no issues found (but on AT&T - I do have an unlocked model - I've got only 3G connection), will check tomorrow with Verizon's SIM card.

This was a good thread but still have questions - HP Elite x3 Problem

So I have been trying to move some apps that are installed on my previous daily driver Windows 10 mobile phone (Alcatel IDOL 4S) to my HP Elite x3 with Windows 10 mobile - both devices have OS Build: 10.0.15254.1. I have interop installed with the correct extensions on both phones and can now easily edit registry and write over existing registry values BUT I do no have access to the phone system files or apps so CANNOT move apps to the new phone. NOW...I have an SD card and I can transfer the apps from the IDOL 4S to the SD Card easily but when I insert the SD card into the HP Elite x3 it will not allow the apps to be backed up to the HP Elite x3 but it does recognize the apps are on the SD card but asks me to format the SD Card before it can be used on the HP Elite x3. So I have two questions: (1) Is there certain fields in the registry I can change so the SD Card files can be updated to the new phone? (2) Is there a way to access the files via PC directly from the phone, save to the computer HD and then reload to the new phone?

Any advice would be appreciated.
