Please provide more details.

1. Current full software build running on ur phone
2. What country are you from/where did you buy your phone?
3. What is the region of your phone.
4. Cust of the phone?
5. Full name of the update you are trying to flash

Go to Settings > About phone to get the details requested in questions 1,2 and 4.

Two solutions
1. Probably because you have custom recovery (from rooting your phone). Flash back to stock recovery for B301 and try again.
2. If you have stock recovery, try flashing the update from external sd and not internal sd memory. Cheers!
