My M8 is rooted with S-OFF and TWRP Recovery recently I got an OTA but after download when I am trying to install it , it booting into TWRP and doing nothng, I tired to install using the zip that too getting failed ..Please help

Steps For Those Who Needed !
1 Download Rooting Tools for the HTC One M8 : http://www.androidrevolution.org/do...?file=Rooting_HTC_One_M8_3.28.401.9_v.1.0.rar
2. Download HTC One 2014 (M8) All-In-One Toolkit V2.0 : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2699065
3. Extract and place the "One_M8_All-In-One_Kit_v" folder in root of C Drive, now copy the "stock_recovery.img" from "Rooting_HTC_One_M8_3.28.401.9_v.1.0.rar" to "C:\One_M8_All-In-One_Kit_v\Data"
4. Enable Developer Settings ,install htc drivers on pc and then connect phone and open One M8 Toolkit
5. Flash the Stock Recovery using Custom Recovery Install Option .
6. Reboot and Install OTA
