Nope,stock rom and custom rom
Wait for the Xiaomi EU rom update as soon as the global stock version is available.
So you are not using a Xiaomi EU rom but an EEA stock rom.
Installing an A13 works with a TWRP A12, but that's it.
Any of you good folks knows why TWRP doesn't save the settings?

Update: OrangeFox Recovery Project for Xiaomi 11T Pro (vili) with the same installation instructions.
Caution: this recovery is intended for use with MIUI vendors ONLY, even having the flashing capability of MiLahaina based system, do not try to boot it on MiLahaina ROMs, as the builds aren't compatible.

This guide will walk you through the process of installing TWRP on your Xiaomi 11T Pro.
READ THIS FIRST:
- You may brick your device if you don't know what you are doing.
- This might ERASE ALL YOUR DATA so do a BACKUP encase.
- Your bootloader will be unlocked.
- The bootloader must be unlocked. Click here for a tutorial.
- Install ADB and Fastboot Drivers from here (Select the latest) --> https://androidmtk.com/download-minimal-adb-and-fastboot-tool )
- Install drivers for Xiaomi 11T Pro --> https://droidfilehost.com/download/download-xiaomi-usb-driver-for-windows (For Windows Only!)
- Download the TWRP Image for Xiaomi 11T Pro --> https://sourceforge.net/projects/recovery-for-xiaomi-devices/files/vili/
- Reboot the phone to fastboot (Power + Vol Down)
- Connect the phone to the computer using an USB cable (Preferred to use original cable that came with the phone)
- Extract the fastboot files and open CMD/Terminal there.
- Paste the twrp.img in the same folder.
- Type' fastboot boot twrp.img' without the apostrophes.
- The phone will reboot in TWRP after that go to Advanced > Flash Current TWRP.
- Done!

Edit: The Recovery is now updated by skkk and is working on Android 12 without any problems just download it from the update link above3TWRP 3.6.2 with Android 12 full support.
Everything works as expected.
