Yep,recover the boot.img from the Xiaomi EU rom, patch it then
fastboot flash boot_ab patched_boot.img
fastboot reboot

The funny thing for me is that before when i was using Miui Global 13.0.5.0 SKDEUXM i was able to boot and Flash Twrp 3.6.0_11 LOCAL-vili.img

Yesterday i receive an OTA to 13.0.20.0 , update it from Updater itself... i loose the TWRP.

Trying to install again the same TWRP today and after : fastboot boot twrp.img

My phone dosen't want to Boot into TWRP so i can Flash it again.

Screen just goes black and nothing happens, i need to restart the phone and i'm stuck with the stock Recovery!

Rooted 11T Pro with Magisk
ROM : Miui 13.0.20.0 SKDEUXM
Unlocked Bootloader

Updated: I just Flash the new Updated TWRP 3.7.0 and it works.

It seems that fastboot boot twrp 3.6.0 dosen't boot in MIUI 13.0.20.0
Was working ok in Miui 13.0.15.0

Xiaomi EU rom=Hybrid rom, installable with Twrp or in Fastboot mode with a pc.
Aosp rom=dedicated recovery provided by the rom.
