ok, but don't you agree that having a working twrp makes it easier to install a miui .zip or makes the root process easier?

Camerado has only uploaded to AFHost.

I install this last twrp and works great but im still confused. If we flash this twrp after that we root our boot.img and flash the patched booti.img now twrp is deleted (you can check with power on+volume up). So how the correct way install this twrp? Thanks in advance
If I may ask, what are you aiming to do by doing both?
If you need just Root (to tweak the phone, install Magisk and related apps etc) without playing around with Flashing other ROMs, going the patched boot image way should work fine (I think).
With TWRP you can get root as well as flash alternate ROMs (which currently seem to be somewhat limited for the 11T Pro, if one wants to play it safe).
If it was me I would only do one of the two depending one what the intention is?
Just a suggestion.

Thanks for reaponse sir, well im doing both because im currently on gsi rom which is stable enough for my usage even its not native custom rom., And i need twrp to backup my system if something happen like bootloop when i change something lol.
Then, I have a feeling you may be stuck in that loop of having to flash each alternatively as per your need ;-)

xD yes sir, just realize phone right now have a dynamic partition and this 11t pro have recovery inside the boot.img

I am on Xiaomi EU, custom ROM. Now downloading Magisk, rename it to zip and flash in Twrp.. like i all good times.. now waiting for custom ROMs

This guide will walk you through the process of installing TWRP on your Xiaomi 11T Pro.
READ THIS FIRST:
- You may brick your device if you don't know what you are doing.
- This might ERASE ALL YOUR DATA so do a BACKUP encase.
- Your bootloader will be unlocked.
- The bootloader must be unlocked. Click here for a tutorial.
- Install ADB and Fastboot Drivers from here (Select the latest) --> https://androidmtk.com/download-minimal-adb-and-fastboot-tool )
- Install drivers for Xiaomi 11T Pro --> https://droidfilehost.com/download/download-xiaomi-usb-driver-for-windows (For Windows Only!)
- Download the TWRP Image for Xiaomi 11T Pro --> https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uMeHr5kvFUGuKSPjeE6rkDHG5n4J58yH
- Reboot the phone to fastboot (Power + Vol Down)
- Connect the phone to the computer using an USB cable (Preferred to use original cable that came with the phone)
- Extract the fastboot files and open CMD/Terminal there.
- Paste the twrp.img in the same folder.
- Type' fastboot boot twrp.img' without the apostrophes.
- The phone will reboot in TWRP after that go to Advanced > Flash Current TWRP.
- Done!

Edit: The Recovery is now updated by skkk and is working on Android 12 without any problems just download it from the update link above3TWRP 3.6.2 with Android 12 full support.

Not 100% sure but it's probably because your device is encrypted which is the default behavior of miui when you setup your lockscreen method.
Not yet, we still don't have recovery rom yet, the current eu rom is for fastboot.2
It won't as it might brick your phone so make sure you install this in 11T Pro (vili) not 11T (agate)
