I bought an android head unit for the car but the built in Wifi is 99% useless. It does not pick up any routers in my area including mine which is 10ft away! If I use my phone as a hotspot, the phone has to be within 30cm of the head unit to pick it up, and the download speed is terrible. I have a spare USB socket on the radio so can I connect a wireless USB adapter to it and if so, how do I install the driver?
