I knew the risk and took it. I've been with AT/T for longer then I can care to remember and if one return in 15 years is gonna break them I can take my business elsewhere. We have 6 lines with them in that time and only had to use the warranty 3 times in all these years so their P/L figures are good with my account. The repair center didn't even ask what happened, tried to power it on, out a different battery still a no go and said it's toast and going back to Samsung to figure out why.You shouldn't return a brick phone. They could charge you later.
This is the last option.
You could repair for itself.
