QHow do I get all my apps to download from app store? I just replaced my Note 2 and the stock install process failed to load my apps

you should be able to just use the Google Play->My Apps. You just have to pick and download each one. You can also choose All apps under My Apps, which gives a list of any and all apps you have ever downloaded from the Google Play store, unless you went in and manually removed any apps from the list.

this assumes the Google Play store is working
