Instant apps on OnePlus 5

I want to try "Instant Apps" feature, but I can't get it on OnePlus 5.
It should be in "Settings -> Google -> Instant Apps", but I didn't find it there. So, I looked further and found "PlayStore -> Settings -> Use apps without installation". But when I open this option, it is written "Instant Apps Account, Choose a Google Account to use with Instant Apps" and there is only one choice - NONE.
My phone is unlocked and with official ROM. PlayStore works as it should.
Any idea what is wrong?

Important things, not all application are Instant Apps compatible. Have you try Clash Royale ?
Because I have an OP5 and the Instant App feature works, and I did nothing to get it done

Yes, I know that App has to be Instant Apps compatible.
No, even Clash Royale works like all other programs (without Try).
Can you check "PlayStore -> Settings -> Use apps without installation"? What accounts are listed?

I checked, and I have all my account registered on my phone :/
