my 2 cent tip,

"insufficient storage" when update any app version

i was looking for a simple solution for this problem, for along time , and didnt find any,
after lots of test, this is the simple way to overcome this problem:

just get in "settings"
choose "apps"
move to "ALL" label/tab,

now , we need to choose apps that are taking alot of memory, lets say bigger than 10M,
click the app (we are still in "Settings" - "APPS" - "ALL"), and click "force stop"

after we stop about 4-5 apps , that will free about 50-100M or more than that,
we can try go back to google play and update the app we want.

that solution was not clear for me,
so i decided to write it down for others.
