Interested in getting paid to mod Sense 6 for me?

Would anyone be interested in getting paid to mod Sense 6 for me? What I want is mostly color and icon changes. I already have all the icons that I want. I can provide examples of the changes that I would (by editing my screen captures of the un-modded Sense). I have two HTC One M8 phones (T-Mobile and AT&T) that I would like this done to.

I would do it myself, but after looking at the [RESOURCE] Modding Sense 6 thread, I know nothing about decompiling and compiling apks, smali, and other stuff mentioned.
