Okay i have build unit back in car
Put MCU 2.72 back changeed the radio band from something back to mid western regio applyed it
application of radio TDA 7786 alpply it
and reboot unit all stations are there sound okay. then i turned ignition key off, i wait more as 30 sec everything gone no stations and no sound well the frequenty of stations is on the buttons but no radio noise.
have this unit more then a year never have problem with power car can stay on fore long time and car starts also in the morning
do the fuse ask for a differnt wire for power to keep the staions there its a factory plug in the car and connets normally to wire plug of unit.
its like shutting down power the problem appears?
it looks like when sutting down power for unit more then 30 sec something is erased in unit maybe i must switch wires in plug to get a constant power but this is strange because from first day getting unit in car it whas good
Ron
Its not a cutting power problem, I dont think, it seems to be something else, what I dont know. Have you tried a previous version of the FUSE ROM at all ?

Yes
i tryed first the fuse 1.00 rom maker then the problem ocured with the stations, then i flashed it to fuse 1.01 same problem (with the stock rom only after several months)
i have the stock rom this will probely work but no 6gb disk space and after 6 months this same problem ocure with the stations and stock rom
its a flaw in unit but with one.
can i flash stock rom back to unit or will fuse give problem
i am a painter of houses etc ,i have my own shop and i know a (very) little of this matter, i am so busy i can mostly only fix things in weekend.

Its very strange, I ve not heard of it before. Have you tried @dsa8310's ROM ? Its not FUSE but it has 3GB for apps.

This is not a software issue and will be the same with any ROM.
It could be a power line issue. At startup, variations in power may affect your unit and cause exactly this behaviour. The issue can be solved but with some minimal knowledge of electronics.
You should check 12V filtering capacitors in the unit (could be dried and ineffective).

yes you could be right this mornning everything works, stations al there and later they where gone also with power turn off
i take unit out and open it make pic of board and you tell me wich capacitators to change i have googled motherboard huifei unit and there,s a copper winding close to the powerplug inside and there are 3 or 4 capacitators i think you mean this 3 or 4 and then replace them.
i have this indeed with any rom i used stock from joying a different one from joying and now with the fuse rom
there is a electro shop near my house, so capacitors are not rely a problem solder them out and in alsno big deal.
Thanks for pointing in to the right direction,
Ron

I suggest you first check the wiring. Do you still have the wiring diagram attached to your unit? It should look like the one in the attached picture.
Make sure the red and yellow wires are correctly attached, most important you should have permanent 12V on the yellow wire - even with no key. The red wire gets 12 V only with the key on "accessories" or "ignition". Also make sure you have a good ground, i.e. the voltage measured between the unit housing and the car frame should be 0.
If all these check then you can go look at the capacitors and see if any one of them smells funny or has bulging tops.
HERE is a great article on filtering capacitors and how to check them.

sorry for late reaction
Yes i have the original sticker on the unit but a have also wire diagram.
Saterday i will measure and look at the wires and take unit out open it for look of a bad capacitors.
If i find nothing funny i post pic of board so then you can guide a little witch one but i think it the big one close to copper winding

@m00n61 hello i checked wiring like you sayed all oke no volts between the ground and chassis unit yellow wire +12v and red only 12v when ignition key is turned in accessories stand.
Picture of board here http://imgur.com/a/6oXjM
Strange effect now is that waiting for more than 30 seconds unit das not boot again, turning key after 30 sec. unit is directly ready no boot ?.
is this also effect of bad capacitor.
Nothing has a popped cap ore smells funy inside !!
So can you tell me at first sight of pic wich capacitor or should i take it to a shop wich repairs tablets ?
Greatz Ron

Board looks OK at first sight so yeah, taking it to a repair shop sounds like the best idea.

Thanks for your help if a now more from the shop (this is a good one hy repairs android phones and tablets) i will let it you know

@m00n61 still searching for my sound problem i think i found solution for fm tuner sound.
i think this is the english version of 4pda
https://w3bsit3-dns.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=695716&st=300
and then scoll to post #311 here is a solution for fm tuner sound on JY board ,but i do not know how to implement this.
in the 3 picture is talk of capacitors and resistors, must i take the old one out and replace them with the parts listed under the 3 pic?

Are you familiar with de/soldering SMDs? This kind of hardware mods are not so simple and it is very easy to permanently damage the motherboard.
The post you mention shows several different mods for different types of motherboards, all involving the replacement of several SMDs so, if you have one of the models described in the post and are OK with messing with SMDs then go on.

Hello m00n61 i have the JY model mentioned in the post
i will not do it myself reparing smd,s (i will never get that right)
i found after phoning and mailing several shops, one shop that will fix it for me voor 10 euros, but in the post on the site mentioned there is no speak howe much the voltage must by of the smd capacitors (0,1 V or 0,3 V or more)
Do you Know ? how much the minium voltage could be of the capacitors,
i found a datasheet of tda 7706 and thats about 0,1 v (i guess it was a bad ready pdf)
But i thank you for the support on this

I noticed something strange. In the past i flashed several roms on my mtcb-mx carstereo. Also dsa 5.1 rom. I few months back i went back to boorendook 4.4 rom. Today i looked in settings and is Saw that my mcu is changed to mtcc-kld2 2.275. i this because dsa rom spoofed the mtcb to mtcc or has It nothing to do with that. If not...it means that its possible to install another mcu type on a Mx carstereo (in this case kld2).

AFAIK know @dsa8310 only spoofs the OS rather than actually change what MCU type is displayed in the about device field. Apart from BN and HA MCUs which are known to be interchangeable I think this is the first time we have someone report a device fully working with a different MCU on it.
