Hi all,
Living in the land 'Down Under' and can't wait for this phone.
Looked at Harvey Norman (store) and they are offering this phone as an unlocked phone (pre-order), the model number is: SM-N930FZDAXSA

Now GSMArena say the model numbers are: Versions: N930F (Europe); N930G (India); N930V (Verizon); N930A (AT&T); N930P (Sprint); N930T (T-Mobile), N930R4 (US Cellular); N930W8 (North America)

Would love the international version (I assume it is the: N930F (Europe))

My question is....

Is the phone being offered in Harvey Norman the Europe/international version or is it just an unlocked Aussie one?

Asking for the better support for ROMs etc on this web-site.

It all about which bands each phone version has and which bands your carrier uses.
check out http://willmyphonework.net/
they may not be updated yet for all of the note 7 versions but they will
be.

Being from USA the note 5 i c g etc were all international to me. The A V P & T are domestic.

hope this helps.

Sent from my SM-N920I on XDA-DEVELOPERS Mobile app.

I just canceled my pre-order with buymobile due to reading some really bad reviews on their company (possibly the old Mobicity, Yatango crew). The order was for an international version shipped out of Hong Kong (I would expect, same as my Note 4 was), it would have had no warranty here in Oz. I've gone the Harvey Norman route, rather have local phone with warranty and buymobile were not doing the free 256Gb MicroSD, whereas Harvey Norman are. Tried Samsung Oz but their black onyx version has sold out already. I think it's too early yet to find out about which version is best for ROMs, just going to take the chance.

The OZ one should be similar to the international variations. Also, if you can get discount gift card from harvey norman or jb hifi, then pre-order should be a good deal. I just ordered one from jb-hifi with 7.5% discounted e-gift card.

In the past the international versions were better supported (more variety) for the ROMs etc.
The international versions generally ended in F: N910F (for the Note 4)

I physically went to the store to ask, but the salesperson didn't have a clue.
I looked at their order screen and it listed the model number as SM-N930FZDAXSA

So because this model number is SM-N930F....ZDAXSA

Does this mean it will be supported by the ROMs created by and for the international versions?
