Internet Surfing Problem With Samsung Galaxy tab s7

Hi. I'm using Samsung Galaxy tab s7 and this issue being very often. Five~ten seconds keeps waiting while entering the internet sites. But nothing problem while downloading torrents or games.

What i tried:

Tried many routers(Xiaomi 4a giga, Xiaomi Ax1800,ASUS RT-AC1200 V2,Zte H267A)
Factory Reset
Change dns,bandwith,wifi channel
Different browsers (Chrome, Samsung Browser,Vivaldi,Opera,Firefox)

Please help and i'm sorry for my bad English
