I've patched the MixRadio app and applied Live Interop Unlock/Capability Unlock. But after doing that, ive tried deploying vcREG app (original)(assuming that its interop unlocked) but shows error code: 0x81030120; which means that it requires an interop unlocked phone or some capabilities are not unlocked. I also tried checking the "MaxUnsignedApp" registry key on the same app, but shows "00000002" as value instead of "6523958" (or anything about that) when applying the template.
