Interop Unlock in Emulator / Can I call private APIs?

Hello,
is it possible to have Interop Unlock for the WP 8.1 Emulator used for Visual Studio?
Also I would like to know if Interop Unlock allows me to call private API's in C#?
There are some types I can see via reflection but fail to instantiate with an InvalidOperationException telling me that I cannot use this API.

yes simple .
you can mount Emulator's image (vhd file) then navigate to MainOS\Windows\System 32\Config
open Software hive in regedit.exe and change registry values of MaxUnsignedApp and capability classes and other Interop Unlock reg keys .

I only know about MaxUnsignedApp, where can I find information about the other keys?
