Hello all!! Thanks so much for the warm welcome and invite. I love this site and have used it for a long while now, few years, and its the only place I trust when it comes to legit info, tips n tricks, mods, how to, etc for my phone or any other phone. I love how many ppl contribute, and how correct and spot on the info is!! I think its awesome, amazing, kind n generous of people who contribute on these forums, who take the time out to do so n care enough to!! Thats awesome n I know that I am very grateful for this site n all the wonderful awesome ppl!! Thanks again!! Hope everyone has a great one!!

I also know that you can type anything you want.. Yet if you depress the enter key without absolute certainty that you have done you data entry correctly, ooh boy did you make a mistake.

Well I was here before but i dont needed the old Account very much.
It was hacked or deleted. I dont know. No critical data in it.
I am modding my devices since Andoid 1. And I root my devices everytime.
In times where company´s spam you with forced apps and features you dont want you have no other choice. I modify usually stock roms just for myself till there are non of them anymore.
I use Custom Rom´s where stock wont release anything anymore.
I love Apex Pro, Titanium pro, SD Maid, ADaware, Autostarts and many more.
I guess that is more than anyone will read

Also my phone is a Samsung Galaxy A11 n is the one of the reasons I made an account. I want to root it for the simple fact of customization themes, fonts, etc. Thanks for having me!!
Hi, i'am teacher of history in a public school from Brazil and I have interest in custom ROMs for old tablets and mobiles to help students to have a access to technology. My project is collect old Phones and tablets, teach them basic recovery skills, and use this devices in history classes. Só, my heroes don't wear skins, they write kernells for old devices!!!!

Good morning, first time android user here, heard about this site while browsing my tech sites and loving the info and everyone's input here. Pretty excited to get my new phone this wednesday, getting the samsung s21 ultra unlocked. I'm just a dad, love to relax when I can, kids are 7 and 1. I love to try to play some xbox when I have free time and I am starting my new job next week, so things are finally going into the right direction. Thank you for allowing me to join this site.

3433Well hi all, I'm 'new', but not really that new, since I've been searching through XDA topics on many occasions for quite a few years now. Not sure why it took me so long to actually make an account, but here I am.
So about me - half geek, half creative, F/LOSS enthusiast for over 20 years, full time Linux user since 2006, interested in way to many subjects to ever become a specialist in any of them within at least a dozen of life spans. Hence I don't think I'll ever be able to call myself a developer, but hey, we'll see ;-)24More than anything, XDA is a community, and we're all here for different reasons.

I used to read alot here when i was 10 - 15 but I think i switched to iOs during 2010s and i never really had my phone in the center of my occupations so i bought some macbook & iphone and i started to learn code. (mostly js)

I systematically root all my phones and have a specialization in tuning the iptables to not talk to the GAFAMs. Rooted phones so far : Huawei codenames HAM, NEML51, old samsung phones, a couple of Wiko phones.
I've been following XDA-developers for a decade and decide now to onboard :
* Short-term goal : get some help on a very edge case involving dm-verity and kali nethunter on Nexus5X (bullhead)
* Long-term goal : wait patiently for the day when a full debian phone / ubuntu touch will be available at a relatively low price, and help all along
