IP Address Unavaliable

Hi, i own an Sony Xperia Tablet S. And since yesterday it shows, when i go to
Wi-Fi -> Advanced -> Ip Address -> Unavaliable

I cant have access to Wi-Fi... I did reset the tablet back to factory settings, but it didn't worked...

Please, help me
