IP68 lost if replacing screen?

Hello everyone!

I am about to buy a SH note 8. The single problem about the phone is that some months ago, the screen and the battery were changed at some official Samsung partner phone service.
I heard something like - if you end up changing your screen, the phone will lose it's IP68 properties. Is this real?
Also, is there any other problem that can appear if the screen&battery were changed with original products?

Thank you in advance!

Have a nice night!

Depends on who fixed it. If it's an official Samsung partner, such as UBreakIFix, then you will not lose the IP68 rating. They use the exact same materials and tools that Samsung uses when building the phone.
