iphone style notes app

hi i was using my friends iphone a while back and one super useful app was the notes one on it. Its really simple and is useful for just quickly typing a note. And plus it looks really cool too with the whole "yellow notepad" theme. i've looked everywhere for a simple one like it and since alot of people seem to be into making clones of the iphone apps, i think this would be great. it doesnt look to hard to make but i have o clue how to do it if someone could please make one that would be HUGELY appreciated..

I have been wanting a note application like the iphones. It really looks great compared to the one we get for Windows Mobile
