Has anyone been able to flash android on an iPhone yet? I see in the "forum" that we have even the kindle fire rooted with android on it. How about iPhones? Just curious!
Go away, grow up and stop trolling :banghead:Has anyone been able to flash android on an iPhone yet? I see in the "forum" that we have even the kindle fire rooted with android on it. How about iPhones? Just curious!
Haha. Why are you replying to me if you think I'm "trolling"? Whatever that means. It's just a question, buddy! So chill out.Go away, grow up and stop trolling :banghead:
Seriously? If you are serious then search first.
No this has not been done and most likely never will be.Haha. Why are you replying to me if you think I'm "trolling"? Whatever that means. It's just a question, buddy! So chill out.![]()
Do you know why? I'm just soooo curious. No this has not been done and most likely never will be.

BTW, thanks for being nice about it and elegant. Not like the guy before you![]()
Oh wow! So you took all that time to post two responds and then went ham on me calling me all kinds of things and still didn't even answer the question? And you are calling ME ignorant? who are you, the owner of the xda developers website or something? You can't just judge a book from its cover, homie! Do you know how long I have been a "member"? Do you know if I know everything about this website or not? Do you think I would have asked if I had known the answer? I have been an Iphone owner for several years and I have just switched to the android community and I am still exploring it which means I am new. And I actually love it, but people like yourself make it a little unpleasant. Man, this is ridiculous. I am being insulted for just a questione. Do you know what the word "manners" mean, or does that not exist in your country? Thank you for this and I will make sure to delete this thread as soon as I figure out how. Have a pleasent day.@zelendel is a Moderator on the forum and is far more tolerant than I am. I said that if you were serious you should search. The first rul of XDA (read them if you haven;t done so before) is to "Search before asking anything". This question has been asked many times, sometime by noobs, sometimes by trolls, so the answer and the reasons why not are on XDA and Google in many, many places already - starting a new thread to ask the same thing is contrary to the rules of XDA and, to be honest, is just ignorant and lazy as well.
It is ok, man. I take my question back. I won't be asking any questions on here anymore just not to "insult" some peoples' intellegence like this dude. But thank you so much, though. While Simon is correct about searching. I will break it down the best I can. The device is just not compatable with android. All the bootloaders are locked down tighter then fort knox. The kindle that you mentioned is based off of linux like android is. The iphone will never be allowed to run anything other then apples software.
You are more then welcome to ask question, but please understand that this is a developers site. Alot of the questions most new users have already have been asked a few hundred times. So searching first will most likely save you time and frustration. So of the people here are a bit short but that is due to people thinking we are a support site. This is the furtherest from the truth. So my advice would be to search and read. Things will come to you in time. You will also notice how the same questions are asked over and over again. After some time this will start to annoy you as well when you are looking for info and you have to read over hundreds of posts of the same question. It is ok, man. I take my question back. I won't be asking any questions on here anymore just not to "insult" some peoples' intellegence like this dude. But thank you so much, though.
