Are the bugs in JB version going to be fixed?

Make sure you're using the right kernel, it could also be a bad download
Downloaded twice, using iriisoft's kernel. Can you please check and confirm?
No need to flash, just download the latest JB version from OP and try to flash it, if it gives any option then its just me, if it fails the zip is corrupt.

Nvm , its the kernel mentioned, booted with latest Lupus
OP needs to update the first post.V2 doesn't work with iriisoft kernel, but works with others.

No wifi with irrijo's kernel, lupus' kernel has connection issues

could you please fix the sms and contacts bug in your miuiv2 rom?
it's so far the best rom i've ever tried but i really need sms to work (installing 3rd party apps doesn't work)
i'll make a logcat as soon as i can.
