is 10.2 nightly now stable enough, any major bugs?

need the 3*5 touch screen patches, but it only available for 10.2, I'm running 10.1.3 stable now

just trying to know if move to 10.2 is a wise decision. thanks

I'm using it since quite sometime. It's very stable. Try it yourself, take nandroid of 10.1 and flash 10.2, if not happy restore nandroid. As simple as that!

I can only recommend it too.
Made my perfect nandroid backup with 10.2 so I always will have a smooth rom backup.

4.4.2 was super laggy and performance poor for me on emmc and sd.

It is very stable, especially if you flash 8x8 touchpanel fix kernel.
Some people said stock rom doesn't have touch problem. But it does.
So far, I think that cm10.2 is the most useful setting for nook hd+.
