Is anyone making a wp8 custom rom for L710

Hey everyone,
It's been a year since I have bought my L710. I have Rataplan ver7 running on it, and everything is working just fine.
I am totally satisfied with my phone.
But there is one thing that keeps troubling me.
When I see these awesome games and apps in WP8 marketplace, it makes me want a WP8 device.
But my budget is too tight right now. So I don't think I can afford one.
So I just wanted to know, if someone's working on a WP8 custom rom.
or will it be possible to install WP8 xap's on WP7.8.

Maybe its possible but not now, IMO its possible to run WP8 on old Lumias but Nokia will never do that (i dont understand why?) so maybe some clever devs from xda do that in future
