Is anything about Oreo confirmed about the 6X?

Probably just asking this "again"...
Some time ago Honor confirmed they would not be making Oreo for the Honor 8, and that the 6X is under evaluation.
Have they said anything more yet?

I heard they said the Oreo would be rolling out to the 6X in towards the end of last year or this year January, but looks like they probably said that too early (around October)...
