Is it me or did Samsung just say we dont care for you

Is it me or has Samsung ignored the N8013 for the kitkat update? They even took down the one site they posted it was going to be released from

Why have they not released the update to the US? If its because they think we all want to buy a new tablet since this one hasnt gotten the updates it deserves, they are dead wrong!

We've actually been discussing this in another thread. All NA note 10.1s have been abandoned by Samsung. Even some some other regions. Basically the n8013 and n8010 have been dumped. No reason to why.

Was the Canadian version an 8010 or an 8013?

The 8010 was widely upgraded in the rest of the world...

If Samsung abandoned the 8013 after there news post with NO followup, I may be totally ditching Samsung from here on out. I bought this tablet this year because of there press release stating it would get the update. Its to bad they have to false advertise to get people to buy there tablets and other products. No wonder why people are starting to buy other companies over them.

The 8010 was widely upgraded in the rest of the world...

I was told by a Canadian that theirs is the 8010. Yes some 8010s have been updated, but North America has been s**t on. I highly believe it's the lawsuit because NA notes are on the list crapple wants banned.

and nothing for the GT-N8010 Canada and the GT-N8013 US.

So it does definitely look like they're excluding the US and Canada from the update. My gut says this might be a regulatory issue - but they could at least *tell* us so we can just give up and get on with life.

I guess they think that we (from US and Canada) are stupid and rich who would buy another galaxy tab to get new software!! I ditch samsung phone for design and will ditch tabs for software.
