🆕 Is it normal for my N5 to not charge while using OTG?

On my N4, I was able to use my OTG-y cable to use a flash drive and charge the device at the same time. Using the same setup on my N5 but it's not charging, only the OTG device mounts.

I've tried it on PA final and Purity. Am I doing something wrong?
