Hi,
First, I would need to know your device make and model number to point you towards help.
And second, it depends what you mean by bricked. It's difficult to say not know your device, but you usually flash custom recovery from a pc, with fastboot, or a manufacturer specific program, like Odin for Samsung.... Etc.... And in all cases, your computer would need to communicate with your device properly to do this.
So again, depends what you mean by bricked. If your PC sees your device just fine, then you may be in luck. If it doesn't, There's likely no way.
