Is it possible to sideload the stock browser?

Is there anyway to sideload the stock browser or the browser from the original droid razr? I prefer the interface over chrome and I would really like to have access to flash, and I'm not a fan of the interfaces of 3rd party browsers. If it's possible, where would I be able to find the APKs? Thanks!

I haven't found a way to sideload it. Everyone I've tried forces close.
