Is it possible to turn on data saver and mobile hotspot simultaneously

Hi,

I am trying to turn on the mobile hotspot and data saver simultaneously. But i observed when i turn on the data saver the hotspot turns off automatically and vice versa. Both are not able to turn on at the same time.

Is there any workaround?

I am using note 8 non-rooted unlocked global F/DS model.
