Is possible to spoof Edge User-Agent string?

Hello,

is possible to spoof User-Agent string in Edge browser to mimic different one? I know there are different browser apps that can do that but I'd like to stick with default Edge. Recenty Facebook has intentionally stopped to support Edge in Windows 10 Mobile.

Facebook works for me with Edge

Maybe it is phone-specific. But there are more people that complains. It works if you have set "Desktop version" Edge preference only which is useless for most of the web sites. If you have the "Mobile version" as default it (touch.facebook.com) no longer works and provides some simplified Facebook web site that can do almost nothing.
