Is that possible ?! ~ ( redmi 6 pro rom )→ ( Mi A2 lite )

hi everybody , nice to be here with you .:highfive::good:
I've a question that can I flash redmi 6 pro rom into my xiaomi Mi A2 lite ? is it possible ? and If that is possible , after that, can I return to stock Android one firmware and get earlier stock updates over OTA ??
