Is the s pen nib a little loose

The nib on the s pen feels a little loose, is it normal??? Or just a little faulty...

Depends on what you mean by a little loose. If you are saying that the nib of the S-Pen pushes into the pen when you apply it to the display. Then, yes this is normal. If you are saying that the nib of the pen falls out easily. Then it is faulty.

It doesn't fall out but moves a little horizontally. I hope that's normal though someone said that it's supposed to stay firm.

That is normal. There is a little give in the tip of the S-Pen for pressure sensitivity. That way you can write with heavier line when you press down hard when writing using the S-Pen on S Note.
