Is there a difference for installing roms between the SCL and the LYO series?

For example, I see a ROM compatible with the Huawei SCL-L01 and am wondering if there's much risk in trying to use that ROM for my Huawei LYO-L01 (This ROM:https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-y6/development/rom-lineageos-14-1-huawei-y6-t3541747)

Different chipsets , probably different sensors , So probably won't work
