The developer provided the old BK Plugin on his website. Just don't update, make sure auto update is turned off.

This. I'm actually still on the old version on Nougat. I didn't update when the new version hit the PS. I never auto update any of my apps. I tend to read the update notes and read some of the recent reviews to see if everything is still good. Soon as I saw the update notes on the new version of BK I was like, "NOPE!". Good of the devs to give us the old version.
